Gemma’s work is shaped by the convergence of modern clinical healthcare and the living tradition of Ayurveda.

Gemma has spent fourteen years in clinical healthcare as a diagnostic radiographer. Seven years ago, she began her study of traditional Ayurvedic medicine - living, learning and collaborating alongside respected lineages of Vaidyas in Sri Lanka and India.

Through years of direct mentorship, clinical observation, traditional initiations and ongoing relationships with these lineages, she has developed a deep understanding of Ayurveda as it has been practised and preserved across generations.
