Benefits...
Abhyanga is a traditional practice within the Ayurvedic daily routine (Dinacharya), valued for supporting balance, nourishment, and long-term wellbeing. Through warm herbal oils and structured techniques, it is traditionally used to stimulate the skin, circulation, lymphatic flow, and support overall nervous system regulation.
This workshop explores how to transform self-care into an embodied daily ritual that supports grounding, awareness, and regulation through touch.
Who is this suitable for..?
This workshop is open to all. A respectful and comfortable environment will be maintained throughout, with clear guidance to ensure all participants feel at ease and supported, including considerations of modesty.
